The Administration Division oversees operations, develops strategic actions, and facilitates interagency partnerships. The Administration Division supports the other four four divisions of Kawerak with the following services: Accounting, Human Resources, Information Services, Legal Services, and Planning.

The Beringia Museum of Culture & Science
In April of 2003, Kawerak purchased a 28,000 square foot City lot, south of the Kawerak offices, for the purpose of constructing a Cultural Center. This purchase exemplifies the dedication and foresight of Kawerak leadership to establish a Museum / Cultural Center in the heart of Beringia. For more information click here. Human Resources recruits employees, coordinates training, assists with personal related issues, staff support for committees; personnel policy review, safety, compensation and employee morale.
Information Services provides technical support for both hardware and software issues for all of Kawerak. Ordering of any computers, software, and peripherals are also done in IS.
Legal Services provides broad range of legal services and training to the tribal councils in areas such as sovereignty, tribal laws, tribal judicial systems, Indian Child Welfare Act to Kawerak and the tribes.
The Planning department researches new program funding opportunities, assists in the budget process, coordinates long range planning.
