		If you have a Restricted Town site Lot or Native Allotment, or inherited interest in either, you: Cannot be taxed for your restricted property In certain circumstances allotees do not need to pay taxes on income generated from their restricted property Are entitled to have your Last Will and Testament drafted free of charge, along with having your restricted estate automatically probated by the Kawerak Land Management Services Office and an Administrative Law Judge. Will Information Who is eligible for Will Services? Any restricted Land Owner may request a Will to be drafted by Land Management Services, even if their claim is pending. This includes heirs of restricted landowners who have received inherited interest through probate. What can I include in my Will? As long as you are a restricted owner you can include anything you own in your Last Will and Testament, including boats, jewelry, ATV's, snow machines, etc. Where is my Will stored? After your will is drafted and signed, the original is kept in our office in a safe until your estate is probated. A copy of the Will is sent to the Will applicant. All Wills stored at Land Management Services are CONFIDENTIAL until probate. How do I start my Will?
