The Inupiaq Village of Council has 7 Tribal Council Members which serves as the governing body and convenes on the 1st Wednesday of every month, with an annual meeting held in July. Elections for the Tribal Council members are held in accordance with the procedures outlined within the Constitution and By-Laws.
